Volunteering as a Worker at Elim Family Festival is great fun. I promise that you will be telling stories for years to come! If that isn’t enough, as a worker you can enjoy Elim Family Festival at a significantly reduced rate!

Worker’s children (11yrs and under) go FREE, though if you want to make a contribution for their food that would be most welcome, but no pressure!

All workers will be expected to do a minimum of one shift per day in the area where they serve. You can be involved in any of the following areas:

Stewards – this vital role ensures the smooth running of the Festival.

Site Crew – if you have maintenance abilities or plumbing and electrical skills, then this is the team for you!

Welcome Team – to help and welcome people on and off the site.

Medical – doctors, nurses and qualified First Aiders are needed.

Catering Staff – to prepare and serve meals on a shift basis.

Cafe Oasis / The Diner / Tuck Shop – to serve snacks and drinks.

Sports & Entertainment – to assist in providing a full program of activities for all ages.

Cleaning – assisting in keeping the site clean and hygienic.

Children’s Workers – looking after the young people who attend Elim Family Festival without parents / guardians. (You will need a current DBS check)

Youth & Children Teams – if you’d like to work with young people themselves, you can join one of the teams for the groups listed inside. (You will need a current DBS check)

Set Up & Clear Up – come and help us set up for the Festival or help us pack down at the end! If you want to help set up can you come on Friday 24th July to Wednesday 29th July, even if you could come for some of it that would be helpful. Clear-up is on Saturday 8th August.
